We loved the spacious room and the brekkie was top-notch with a variety of options! The staff were super friendly and made us feel at home. Plus, the location is right in the action with loads of restaurants nearby, ja!

absolutley stunning location, but the service was dismal! i had to wait an eternity for check-in, and then found my air conditioner was a dust magnet. if only they offered a room upgrade after all these inconveniences, it would’ve been my saving grace, but alas, this hotel is definitely not 4 star quality!

The room window’s proximity to a wall made for poor visibility and a noisy A/C vent, disrupting the peace a bit. Housekeeping could use some improvement, as service was inconsistent and often slow. No pool facilities were available, which felt like a miss for a hotel that otherwise had potential. The gym area was acceptable, but lacking basic amenities like readily available towels left a frustrating impression.
